Hey! Passionate about
lattes, playlists & deep breaths.
I partner with organisations to support employee wellbeing, stress resilience, and sustainable performance. I design and teach structured, workplace-friendly yoga classes.
I worked in Finance for 8 years, before embarking on a Yoga Teacher Training. Although I practised yoga while growing up in India, it wasn’t until I did the training, and started seeing the benefits of a daily yoga practise, that I realised I want to teach Yoga, in Auckland. I try to practise yoga on and off the mat, and I am passionate about incorporating Indian Yogic Philosophy into my classes.
After experiencing stress from a demanding office job, the desire to teach corporate yoga has become not just personal, but also purposeful.
On my days off I like going on hikes and other adventures with my niece.

Kind Words
“I highly recommend booking a Yoga series for your workplace. Anu makes it effortless.”
At Spark, we wanted a wellness practice that was easy for staff to attend during their lunch hour. It is a restorative space for us to breathe and flow together before we get up feeling energised for the afternoon.
